We are taking CDC procedures with our cleaning. Enjoy an "open" Old San Juan, El Yunque, Isla Verde Beach, Pinones, Restaurants and Casinos!

We are located in ESJ Towers right next to the El San Juan hotel and casino. This 2 bedroom, 2 full baths has a spectacular new kitchen with a quartz back splash and countertop. The upgrades include all new appliances, Spanish tile and all the amenities of home. The entire condo has been retiled and is very bright and airy.

You will love enjoying your morning coffee on the porch listening to the waves crash on the beach. Our complex is ON the beach!! You literally cannot get any closer!! While you are enjoying your coffee and breakfast, you will be relaxing on comfy wicker patio furniture.

The hall bathroom has just been remodeled to include a shower, sink, and magnifying mirror. Hair dryers are supplied in both bathrooms, and we have a steamer if you need to iron any clothes.

The primary bedroom includes a large closet, new king size bed, new darkening shades and connects to the master bathroom. The primary bath includes a tub and shower.

The middle bedroom has new white furniture and a new large closet. It has 2 new full beds. There are also darkening shades for your comfort. For your convenience the couch in the living area is a queen sized pull out.

The dining room includes beautiful rattan furniture, which has just been reupholstered with a stunning rug as well.

The living room boasts a large couch and a love seat along with a new marble coffee table and relaxing rattan chair. The living area has a 50" TV for your pleasure.

If you have a group larger than 6 - check out our property right next door which sleeps 8. VRBO # 186218 - you can rent both at the same time giving you - 4 oversized bedrooms, 4 baths, 3 living areas, 2 dining rooms, 2 complete kitchens and 2 oversized balconies with Ocean Views! Perfect for a family reunion, bachelorette party, or a larger family. Total capacity is 14.

Everything in both condos have been upgraded for your enjoyment. Plenty of everyday dishes, formal dishes, small glasses, large glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses. Crock pots, blender, coffee maker ample pots and pans. Place mats, storage for your leftovers - every amenity of home you can think of is here!!

The best thing is that you take the elevator to the lobby and walk 50 feet to the beach - No beach tags, hot burning sand, or parking hassles. The beach at the ESJ in Isla Verde is one of the nicest beaches in PR. Rest on a beach chair provided in our unit or rent a lounging one for $5 at the beach. If the sun is too hot relax under any palm tree. Take a walk along the 1.6 mile coast for your daily exercise!

ESJ is convenient to 5 star restaurants and luxury casinos. Fully gated community, no worries about security.

Enjoy drinks or dinner at the World Class, Hotel El San Juan right next door ( New casino opened in fall of '21). Dance or game at the Embassy Suites - a short 5 minute walk down Isla Verde Ave. Enjoy the many stores and restaurants within walking distance including; The Meat Market, Ruth Chris Steak House, The Metropol, Platos, The Marketplace, Entrevinos, Lupi's, Chilli's, Church's Chicken, Pizza Joints, CVS, Walgreens and much more all at your reach without a vehicle.

If you want to rent a car - no problem - we have a parking spot for you on the Lobby Level - AT NO ADDITIONAL COST!

Puerto Rico hosts many attractions that all can enjoy. I can provide you info on how to book your tour of El Yunque or head out for a day trip of snorkeling or diving on a catamaran! Check out the many water falls all over the island while enjoying the beautiful green scenery along the way. Feeling adventurous, book a trip to Toro Verde, Puerto Rico's longest zip line - or check out the other zip lining locations all over the Island. If you have time, visit Culebra or Vieques - a short ferry ride away in Cieba.

Historic Old San Juan is a .75 bus ride away or a 15 minute cab or UBER ride away. Don't miss the beauty of the Caribbean Sea and the charm of the 700 hundred year old forts. Many sights, restaurants and shopping await just minutes away.

Puerto Rico is certainly the Isle of Enchantment don't miss the ease of direct flights and warm temperatures all year round!
