「Room amenities not enough Three people staying only 2 water 2 towels no slippers Breakfast food was bad 」

「I don’t usually post negative comments but feel on this occasion it’s require based on the room rate. Our room including bathroom was slightly tired and is in need of a refreshment and lacked your normal toiletries for this level of hotel. The mini fridge compressors was very loud and as such led to both nights of poor sleep, not ideal when you book a weekend away to recover. However, the main building was very beautiful and had a nice lounge to relax in the evening.」

「Good: 10 mins. walk to Leeds Station. Check in fast. Room: spacious and neat. Wifi: OK average. Breakfast: various choices. Bad: the pressure of the shower is weak. cannot figure out how to turn on the top shower even tried many times, which the instruction is not clear enough. Bedsheet: some marks, which is not clean enough.」

「Everything requires an additional fee, such as language storage, early check-in and check-out, a dental kit, etc.」

「On entering our room we were amazed at how much space we had. But!!!!! We found toilet paper on the floor under the curtains near the bed. Then the bottom of the shower curtains were orange not white. And also finger and handprinfs on tbe side of the wardrobe. As we were only there for one night we didnt raise the issues with reception as it was only somewhere to sleep. Would deffinitely book again.」

「酒店是很不錯的，停車也是免費的，工作人員都很熱情。有恆溫泳池，不過不知道是不是真正的溫泉水，SPA也沒有時間做，留待下次吧。謝謝！」
