"When I got there, no greeting the desk. Checked in, elevators broken and the one we could take was sketch. Get to our room, and the housekeeping has sheets in the hallways for most of the night. Pool was freezing. Hot tub was cold as ice. We asked for pool help, but didn’t get any. The hotel overall was dirty, unkept, and staff was not very nice. The gaming area took the kids money. I do not recommend staying here. "

The women at the front desk had her kid there said ugh im sorry im not even suppose to be here, we got no toilet paper half empty body wash, one wash cloth for us to share, one towel for us to share! I will never go back to that hotel again! They say they had a hot tub, thrre isn’t no hot tub, no excercise area, it was the worst anyone could have got! But there online states how clean nice and how they have a bunch of stuff! But clearly dont "

"This is one of the nicest hotels in Topeka...Staff totally professional..it is clean! Has a bar and restaurant that serves from the bar area..Many arras that are open to watch TV or just play cards...the room we had on 1st floor had exceptionally high ceilings, really nice! The area is very accessible to event happenings. "

"Smoke detector in room was sitting on the dresser, bugs in bathroom, mold under mat in bathtub, no extra lock on door, pool was closed when we got there. Believe they had a lot of ppl complain so they reopened it, breakfast food half the time was cold. "
