「Owner Ervin is phenomenal and very responsive to any communication. Condo was clean and met all our needs. There was a small washer/dryer as well as every kitchen gadget you would need for your vacation. Beds were comfortable, TV available in each room.Living room furniture was a bit worn as well as the lanai furniture but certainly still useable.Clubhouse has bbq grills/pool/hot tub for use.Extremely good value for the money. Plan on using them again in the future!」

「Overall nice stay. I’d rate the building as a three star level hotel. Beach view was obstructed by pool equipment, but the sky was big. I’m an Interior Designer so I notice such things more. But it is ON THE BEACH. The paint job wasn’t great on the walls. Rather sloppy. Missing shelf in primary bathroom. Oddly low mirror in secondary bathroom. No mirror at all in primary bedroom…could use a full length, or any really. 」

There is no dishwasher but the Frig appears bran new. The large Samsung TV in main room was great as well as all the channels, Netflix etc. Bed very comfortable. Sofa Bed is very hard.
