“We were scheduled for 2 days but only stayed 1 because they did not have hot water. Why would they allow people to book a room knowing there was no hot water? When I asked they said I could only get 18 percent refund. No I should receive at least 50 percent refund. We checked out early had to book another hotel room somewhere else because we are travelling and need to shower. When I checked out they didn't care. I want my money back. You should not allow people to book knowing there is a hot……
