"I rate this discount motel based on what we received for the price. In the midst of an affordability crisis, this property is able to offer clean, comfortable rooms at an affordable price, which is no small feat. My rating is a matter of expectation. With prices out of control on almost everything else, they've done a great job finding ways to cut costs. The breakfast is marginal, but great for traveling with children. But we got good value for the price."

"Hotel is a little dated but served us well. There is a pool but no whirlpool/hot tub which is our preference. Staff was kind and helpful. Would stay again."

"Clean rooms and hotel, the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Free coffee in the lobby all day was great! The breakfast was well stocked. Hotel is very close to the lake Logan marina and beach which was nice. Overall, nice hotel in the hocking hills area."

"Was greeted by Percy, she smiled, talked to us, and helped us find a GREAT mom & pop restaurant. Every time she saw us, she'd smile and ask if everything was okay. The room was very clean, pool area was kept clean as well. The breakfast was very yummy. When checking out, the gentleman greeted us with a smile and made sure everything was okay. Would definitely go back!! To me, customer service is 60% what makes the stay better! They were 90% great!!"

"Getting to the hotel you hand to walk through the outside dinning area, it's not the hotels fault but people letting there dogs crap right outside the entrance"

"Everything about this hotel was excellent. However, I did have one complaint. In the dining area next to the Starbucks where I dined once, I was shocked when seeing the bill for 2 drinks- it was $32.00!!! Although I was given a food menu, I was not provided a drink menu, nor was I told about their exorbitant drink pricing. Be forewarned - don’t order drinks at this hotel unless you are prepared to be robbed!"

"This was an old school but nice hotel! You can tell it was old and the common areas (doors to the stairs and carpet on stairs) were old and not super clean, but the rooms themselves were clean and very comfortable. We booked specifically for the pool and the breakfast reviews and neither disappointed! Our toddler loved the pool and the pool area was a nice atmosphere! We didn’t use the workout room but I did look at it and it’s very small with just a couple pieces of equipment. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The only “issue” we ran into a couple times was needing something from the front desk and there was no one there. Overall between the pool, breakfast and comfy beds we would stay again if traveling!"

"House was very clean, great location. Everything about the house was great, whether you have a small group or a very large group. The host was very attentive. Would highly recommend this property for anyone. I really liked that. This house was somewhat secluded. You had to drive back through the woods on a gravel road to get there. I would definitely return to this house."
