"We spent 2 nights at the hotel. Hotel is quiet and relaxing. They were at capacity but you would not have know it. Service at the bar could be slow, as it appeared wait staff from the kitchen also tends the bar. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Great look caption, close to the bridge."

"My new favourite hotel whenever I come to London !, I love the citizenm vibe and design of the rooms , yes they are compact but for a single traveller like !e it's very handy, the mood lighting in the room , shower wash area, excellent, Staff friendly and helpful there are good choice of restaurants, bars , coffee shops near the hotel walking distance Evan a marks and Spencer opposite which was handy , the hotel does have its own food and beverage area with plenty of seating to choose from, rooms super quiet which was handy for my sleeping , very much enjoyed will return again in the near future 😊😊👍👍"

"Great hotel in a convenient location, just a short walk from the Tower of London. The hotel feels fresh and spotless, which makes sense since it’s only about five months old. I especially loved the cute, beautifully decorated lobby and café — such a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, a lovely stay and a hotel I’d happily recommend!"

"The property was just as I expected at a Double Tree hotel. Check in was easy and the staff was very helpful. The location was walkable to the metro station as well as several pubs, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and if we are in the area again, we would stay there."
