「Hotel seemed like it was recently renovated. Everything looked in top shape. The room (the most important thing) was very spacious, very clean! Not a fan of the bathtub in the bathroom but the cleanliness of it made up for it. Breakfast was meh, but once again, the food area very clean! Definitely will coming back!!」

「My family stayed at The Avenue II for 4 days in May. It had everything we needed for our beach trip. The beds were perfect, the room was large for 2 adults and 2 toddlers and very clean! We had a FULL breakfast everyday which held down our meal expense. The indoor pool was delightful for my rambunctious toddler granddaughters. 「Paid parking which was crazy with it being off season and 10 cars in the lot. Stained carpeting in the room was a turn off. The hotel was under construction so it was noisy. Great location 」
