"We stayed for Labor Day weekend and were pleasantly surprised. I picked this hotel based on the close location to the parks, the free parking, and the free breakfast. The breakfast was actually pretty good and more than I had originally expected. I thought muffins and small grab and go, but this was a complete breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. Also my kids loved the pool and amenities. And the property was clean and staff were very nice. And the room was very clean and no issues. I just wish there was a full fridge but that’s okay for a small weekend trip for the parks."

"Everything was wonderful I really enjoyed the staff super friendly and courteous ***Very grateful for the shuttle being able to take us to nearby stores ***The only draw back was not having a shuttle to the cruise port (I would have paid extra if necessary) it would have been nice if shuttle service from the hotel to the cruise port was available"

"The elevator is amazing when you see yourself ascending, it’s hard not to feel like a big deal. And why shouldn’t you? Between the well stocked mini market with self checkout, complimentary happy hour, buffet with a chef on the grill, the MOST SPACIOUS room, I can go on! If I needed ANY kind of help, staff was mere moments away with a great attitude to help out. 10000% booking again next year"

"Overall clean. Some dark areas in hallways, a few "Florida bugs," lotttsssss of p*t smoke, no cushioning on pullout but made it work. Needs more wastebasket s. Good location for what we needed. Everyone was nice. Highly rec Tampa Thrift and HotBins, so much fun."
