「FYI: this property is in the middle of a huge remodeling project. Half the "amenities" are either not open or shouldn't be. Knowing which building (as there are several) that's used for checking in should have been sent beforehand - checking in at the General Store is not intuitive. The girls there were great, very informative. The room was clean EXCEPT for the floor which likely hasn't been cleaned EVER. We had to keep flipflops on or else the bottoms of your feet are so dirty...just...

「The room was very clean but the outside area was not. Might have been due rain but the area for parking was very muddy. We didn't feel the outside or even the pictures of the window view represented in the advertisement truly represented the experience. It did not feel secluded and the noise from traffic was not what we expected. We didn't have communication with any staff so can't comment on that. Bed was very comfortable. A/C was great the the room and bathroom very clean. Just not what...

「Dinner was excellent with great service. Breakfast was ok. Picnic lunches were good. Place needs a deep cleaning. King room bed was comfortable but the floor carpet was super dirty. Guests walking upstairs generates lots of squeaking. Summer room was dirty with very old sofas. We felt walking around chairs were dusty and the property should be in better condition given the prices.」

「I stayed in the cottage for 3 nights with a friend of mine. It was a perfect base for us to explore the nearby mountain roads for daily drives, such as the Tail of the Dragon. Bill was super friendly at the front desk and gave us helpful tips such as a hike to a nearby amazing waterfall. The cottage was clean and tidy on the inside, a 70s vibe with wood paneling and furniture and a small kitchen with everything we needed. There was coffee, filters and plenty of towels. 「The office closes early. I arrived around 8 pm and had to call to check in. The process was easy once I reached the person but I didn't receive instructions in my email. I liked the three pools and the grounds were nice. Centrally located in Townsend, with approximately 20-30 minute drives to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge.」

「We stayed in a Hemlock Bungalow. It was superb. The bungalow was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was clean, and quiet. The amenities of the NOC were great as well. The staff that we interacted with were professional and extremely helpful. Overall my wife and I were very satisfied with our stay. The only negative I have was the shower fan didn't vent well and the shower design gets the bathroom floor very wet. Regardless, I recommend a visit.」

「We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 」
