「Cabin floor dirty - used a-tips, Bobby pins, etc on floor which tells us floor was not cleaned; trails are not easily accessible; felt restaurant food was priced too high. 」

「I got checked in no running water at all room i way way outdated went to call front desk and no phone, the line to phone was cut in half the sinks were so cloged and gross and list goes on wouldn't recommend to anyone. 」

Breakfast was put out in small amounts every day we had to ask for something, no pool towels, no cleaning until after 5, no replacement on towels, sheets were so thin I thought the pillow cases weren't on. Toilet wobbled like it wasn't set properly same with sink. The room was very clean, but walkways and common areas weren't.」

「My stay was fine, even if the price was a little high for the value. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The location was good, with easy access to restaurants and GSMNP. The grounds of the hotel were beautifully manicured. My only complaint was with the included breakfast. It was not served until 8:00, and the only items served were breads/pastries, cereals, hard boiled eggs, and drinks. No hot entrees, no fresh fruit, no yogurt, and...

「Size of Lil House perfect for the two of us. Very clean and inviting. We were greeted by the owner upon our arrival, he extended himself if we needed anything while we were there.We enjoyed our stay and would recommend 」

「We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 」
