By day it's just another narrow alleyway common in Tokyo, but at night the street turns into a mini nightlife area for the salarymen of Tokyo. With numerous tiny #bar lining up, the nickname comes from the fact in the past so many drunk salarymen doing their "bussiness" there because there's no toilet anywhere in this alleyway. Today, regulation has been set in the area so it is a lot cleaner than before. The alleyway is very narrow and can only fit at maximum 2 people at a time so be mindful of your surrounding when visiting especially when there's many drunk people walking by from the bars. The bars are also very tiny and can only fit less than 10 people at a time. If you are not claustrophobic give them a try, it's a special experience on its own :)

Clean, quiet, comfortable and safe for a reasonable price. Not so spacious but the space beneath the bed is cleverly placed to make up for it. The vicinity is Korean town-ish so I highly recommend it for Kpop/Kdrama fans. Took us only 5 minutes to the nearest subway entrance. Make sure to bring the passport of every guest including children. The check-in scanner did not accept my infant's residence card because there's no picture. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

We are a family of 4 with 2 teen age kids. While booking on expedia, it showed this for 4 people. But this is way too small. The beds are small. The blanket is tiny ( feels like crib size). Paid more than $320 per night (USD) but for the amount spent, the room is too small. No place to move or open luggage. There are no staff. I had to do my own check in by scanning my passports. There is no one onsite to ask for extra towels. Do NOT recommend this place for families.

I'd rather sleep at a motel 8

This was a terrible stay, first my friend and I show up and try to check in on the tablet, I chose "pay later" on original reservation so we had to pay when we go there. We tried 4 different cards that had enough money to cover the price, all were rejected and the representative for the hotel over the phone kept insisting we continue to try so our banks flagged 2 of the cards and the other two just kept showing error, after an hour someone showed up and just repeated the tablet process, didn't work so they took me to the 7-11 to take money out to cover it. Finally get into the room and the beds were like a slab of concrete. We slept on a tatami mat and futon the night before and that was like a cloud in comparison, this hotel is an apartment bought out and renovated with small rooms and barely any staff support, don't waste money here, just got to an APA hotel that's actually near a train station instead of a 10 minute walk

교통편리 하지만 너무 좁은숙소(샤워실)

신주쿠역과의 교통을 생각하시면 안되고 일단 히가시신주쿠전철역과 신오오쿠보(한인거리)JR선 그리고 버스로 교통은 조금만 구글링 하면 상당히 현리한 편입니다. 하지만 가족여행이라고 생각한다면 너무 좁습니다 샤워부스도 너무 좁습니다 일본호텔 일본친구집 숙박경험이 많은데 이렇게 작은샤워시설은 본 적이 없습니다 기타 전자레인지 싱크대 1층에 마련된 세탁기 건조대 등은 비치돼있습니다
