It was an unforgettable and heartwarming experience that exceeded all expectations.”

“Because of the school orientation, hotel room is quite difficult to get. The location is not very convenient to Cornell. Some facilities need to be replaced.”

“Heavy language barrier when trying to check in, they control heat and give you a space heater incase you get cold. Room was hot for me and old window unit would not keep up”

“We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience……
