「The staff at this hotel is amazing - particularly the servers at breakfast and the pools. Jose, Roberto, Cruz and more took great care of us. Room was immaculate, spa was a treat, and we love how you enter the lobby at the top floor and descend into the hotel. As frequent guests, we see the hotel getting older, but it is well cared for and the team was anxious to make sure we had a great stay.」

「Stay two nights at Hacienda Encantada Resort & Residences. The views from room are beautiful. The room decoration is distinctive. Restaurant food is delicious. Just a bit limited options for the breakfast.」

「I don’t think I can put into words how amazing, incredible One & Only palmillas was. From the Acienda feel, to the amenities, the food, the atmosphere and most importantly the staff. Isaac and Hector where our butlers. I can’t express enough how incredible they were. Everyone made us feel welcome and at home. One & Only palmillas has a life long customer with my wife and I. I can not wait to go back. The only moment we were both sad was when we had to leave. Los queremos mucho! 」

「Viaje familiar con adolescentes por tres noches excelente estadía, Super bonito y tranquilo, créanme con 3 hijos que les gusta que tengan gym y actividades deportivas, así que soy súper exigente en elegir un lugar, de verdad. Excelente atención desde que llegamos, la atención súper amable para paseos desde ahí, sin ningún costo extra, de verdad no recuerdo el nombre de la chica que nos atendió pero excelente trato, sin duda volvería, la playa me refiero al mar, no es seguro para nadar, pero...
