“We were welcomed at the property beautifully. There were drinks available, the check in was smooth and although our ocean view room had 2 giant palm trees blocking the view of the ocean (a little sneaky)— the room was spotless and clean. Now, before I came I did write to them to ask for their help setting up some special things for my sisters birthday. I wrote twice and received no response. Here is what was great: 1) one of the concierges (I wished I remembered her name- maybeMaya? ) was……

“Aware I was charged about $60 EXTRA at check in . I’ve never been charged that much in check in ever and that was a huge surprise that I didn’t appreciate, def I would recommend to find a way to tell the guest before booking that they wil be charged that much. The food is mediocre and needs to leveled up. My bathroom shower was clogged when showering. Other than that the rest was absolutely stunning and perfect . Thank you ”
