「Stayed at this rental for three nights. This is a very new renovation. Two spacious rooms upstairs with bathroom. The kitchen and the appliances were all like new. There were two additional half baths on level one and the basement. The half bath in the basement needs help, so we did not use it. There is a furnished room in the basement with a large TV. The area was very quiet. The host was super responsive when we had questions and took quick action to ensure that we had a great experience. The...

「It was comfy enough and clean. Shower liner was shredded and very cheap. And when people stay above you, you hear all their footsteps kinda annoying. But, still worth the price.」

「First, Darwin was very responsive and flexible, after a 12 hr drive he was gracious enough to accommodate an early AM check in. Secondly, the location was ideal, close to downtown and grocery store. Lastly, the apartment itself had everything we needed, it was neat and spacious enough for our family. I would definitely recommend.」
