“Annie’s place was so cute! It was exactly as described in the listing and photos. The neighborhood is beautiful with great coffee shops and close to the express train. Communication and check in were quick and easy. There was plenty of space for our family of four. Beds were comfy. Couches were fun! We loved the balcony. We had a great time. ”

“Very functional house on a quiet street walking distance from “The Avenue.” Ground floor is garage, full bath and bedroom. Main floor is kitchen, dining, living, and powder rooms. Upstairs is two good sized bedrooms, full bath, and laundry. Great landing spot to commute into NYC and/or hang around Greenwich.”

“Spacious apt close to NYC. There is a bus that takes you to Manhattan Port Authority. Next to building is a coffee shop inside men’s clothing store. There are also a few restaurants on the block. Parking is reasonable and across the street. Apt has modern decor. Air conditioning works well. The layout is unusual, U-shape, you get used to it. Having washer and dryer is convenient. The one shower was slow to drain. The other shower left the floor wet with spillover. Beds are comfy. It is a nice……

“It was comfy enough and clean. Shower liner was shredded and very cheap. And when people stay above you, you hear all their footsteps kinda annoying. But, still worth the price.”
