「The perfect spot! I cannot say enough about our 2 night stay at Burdett House B&B: beautiful inside and out with a smart mix of time period and functional pieces. Details from local soaps/lotion to snack area upstairs, room key on vintage key, wrap around porch decorated for fall, cozy room with attached bathroom. 「The resort was situated directly on the lake, beautiful views! The owner/staff was incredibly accommodating. Breakfast served daily was prepared on the premises, individually for each person. Incredible meals! B&B located close to vineyards, restaurants, shops. Our kitchen, living space, bedroom and bath was quite spacious! Room was a bit noisy from neighbors but that is the nature of a bed and breakfast being a large home. The owner did offer to move us as well.」

「I would definitely recommend this B& B for anyone visiting Cayuga Lake or Ithaca. Loved learning about this inn’s history! Good location and great home cooked breakfasts. Amenities like ice, coffee, ironing board and toiletries were readily available. I don’t think it is handicapped accessible and stairs are steep so be ready to “get your steps in” if you stay here. I would stay here again if visiting this area.」

「This is the perfect place to stay to explore Seneca Lake. The property is right on the Lake and has a dock, kayaks, a swimming pool, and pickleball court. Great wineries and restaurants are close by too. The owner is wonderful and makes the most delicious breakfast.」
