「The resort was situated directly on the lake, beautiful views! The owner/staff was incredibly accommodating. Breakfast served daily was prepared on the premises, individually for each person. Incredible meals! B&B located close to vineyards, restaurants, shops. Our kitchen, living space, bedroom and bath was quite spacious! Room was a bit noisy from neighbors but that is the nature of a bed and breakfast being a large home. The owner did offer to move us as well.」

「I would definitely recommend this B& B for anyone visiting Cayuga Lake or Ithaca. Loved learning about this inn’s history! Good location and great home cooked breakfasts. Amenities like ice, coffee, ironing board and toiletries were readily available. I don’t think it is handicapped accessible and stairs are steep so be ready to “get your steps in” if you stay here. I would stay here again if visiting this area.」

「We had an amazing time visiting the Finger Lakes, mostly due to our fabulous stay at the Burdett House. Ashley and David were so warm and welcoming. They have a way of making us feel like both a very special guest and a member of the family at the same time. There is so much to do in the Finger Lakes that it can be overwhelming. 「This is the perfect place to stay to explore Seneca Lake. The property is right on the Lake and has a dock, kayaks, a swimming pool, and pickleball court. Great wineries and restaurants are close by too. The owner is wonderful and makes the most delicious breakfast.」

「We loved our stay at Magnolia Place! This was the perfect place for our first trip to the Finger Lakes. The location is definitely the best you will find. Our room was well maintained and the breakfasts were amazing!! Our hosts took time each morning to check in with us and offer ideas for each day. We will definitely book again when our travels take us back to this area! 」
