「The resort itself is perfect. Great space. Large rooms. Great amenities. Perfect pool size and distance to the beach. So clean. Our issue was the service. Almost as if it was a hassle to ask for a drink at the pool: had to wait an hour for a pool menus. Then at the beach barely anyone going around for drink requests. Then on the way to the airport the front staff said they would call us a taxi & for 30 mins they wouldn’t. It was so odd. For a place this expensive the service should be a lot...

「The resort is very nice and clean. Staff is the restaurants are awesome, however the ones at the beach and pool service was very slow. The menu is good so does the food. The rooms are amazingly big and very comfortable. Maybe the staff needs a little more management.」

「The property has everything you need for a fun stay. There are paddle boards, kayaks, bikes and pickle ball equipment to use. There is also a fitness center onsite. Only thing missing was a spa (you can get a massage but it’s a room off the fitness center). It’s walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shopping and a grocery store. The room was also well equipped with everything we needed including a washer/dryer. I would stay here again!」
