「I love staying at the Ritz in st Thomas. More than anything we enjoy the employees. They are always helpful and make the trip worth it. I traveled there 2 years ago and I noticed several cut backs and things that they could improve on. For instance the serve the same food every single day for breakfast potatoes, bacon/sausage and eggs. They need to add pancakes and French toast because the food gets boring. The have different options for the lunch/ dinner snacks but again not very family kid...

「False advertising. Nothing portrayed in The description was accurate. Only 2 restaurants and a small coffee shop. Not 6. Could not get food passed 9 pm in either one. Nor drinks passed 10. Activities non existent No beach access as it’s full of seaweed. The smell is horrendous! Various places in the facility are run down and deteriorated. Everything was very clean and the staff was excellent! That’s about the only thing this place has going for it!」

「We very much enjoyed our stay at Coconut Coast. The villas are quite good sized, very close to the car ferry docks, and fairly easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of parking there, and generally we ended up parking there and walking to town, since parking in town was expensive and hard to find.
