“We had a comfortable stay. The staff are helpful. Good breakfast, the croissant and bagel are must try. About 15 to 20 minutes walk to the Old Port.”

“The room was really lovely with the nicest shower we have ever used. The hotel is a short walk from pretty much everything you would want to see in Quebec city but far enough away to be quiet and not full of tourists. We had no problem securing parking slightly up and across the street in a parking garage. We highly recommend the Musette_cc just down from the hotel for a delicious breakfast or lunch. We will stay here the next time we come to Quebec City. The room was beautiful and spotless.”

“The property is not manned, self check in. I did send a message days in advance but my question was not answered. There was “stuff” left by the previous guest that was not cleared out by the cleaning staff…makes me wonder if the place was cleaned properly. All the amenities were there and close to shops and restaurants.”

“This location is perfect and close to Old Town. Great unit and clean. Hosts were very quick to respond and check in is seamless. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Quebec City”

“we canceled this reservation via claim# 38253542. We had to do so because my wife is handicaped and it was not possible to get to the room in this old hotel as there was no elevator. I will say that the building had been renivated and the room was very nice. We just could not get to the room safely nor was there any parking close to the hotel itself. Expedia and or the hotel should make it clear the limitation of this facility.”

“I was there for work. Excellent location however definitely more than a 3 minute walk to the Quebec Convention Centre as mentioned. Went out on the balcony as it was a lovely day. Table was covered in dust and then the door would not latch or lock. Called front desk numerous times and no one answered. I went down to front desk twice but no one was there. Finally left a voicemail and a message on VRBO app. Someone finally came up the next day from reception when i was done work. He could not fix……
