“Very clean and nice fairly new facility. Great room with comfortable bedding. Nice lobby with bar. Friendly staff. I have stayed at many Residence Inns around the country always with pleasant stays. Unfortunately for this location there were several issues, two of which were misrepresented by nondisclosure during online booking. The online booking did not state that parking could be at a facility over a mile away and that a shuttle would be needed to escort you to and from your car……

“Beautiful property including the great staff, lovely pool and workout spaces but for our stay would have not preferred the more cozy ceiling height of the bedroom. We are not tall either. Perhaps a standard room for next season.”

“This is an older hotel in Vail. Very large property. I think it's a great value for what you get. The property is definitely older, but our room was clean and comfortable. Easy parking which is huge in Vail. Great location as it's right between Vail Village and Lion's Head...you can walk easily to both. Really nice Bar and Grill and what looked to be a pretty yummy Indian restaurant on location. Great pool and jacuzzi. This is one of the better values in Vail I think. We would……

“Just some miscommunications that made us feel like we got less value from our stay. For example, we thought we had free parking and breakfast but found out that’s only offered during the snow season. We booked the same room from the same link with friends which said connecting room and somehow they got two rooms connecting and we were surprised to only get one room, paying the same amount. They also were offered a 12pm checkout and when we asked for the same we were told 11am latest. It was just……

“Longtime Vail veteran, first time at this property. The grounds were beautiful, staff was friendly, and breakfast was awesome. Had a one-bedroom condo that turned out perfectly. Used the fitness center a couple times as well. Perfect walking straight into Vail Village. We'll definitely be back.”
