“Great stay! Easy walk to the beach! Host was a great communicator.”

“Upon arrival, the house could have been a little cleaner. The trash wasn’t taken out and for supplies, instead of 13 gallon trash bags, there were random Walmart bags, no dish detergent, dirty/used dish scrubbers. The hand soaps in the kitchen/bathrooms were empty/super liquified as if water was placed in each bottles to prolong each bottle. To top it off, the listing stated several times that a pool table was available. Unfortunately, there was not. Also, the living room TV was broken so we……

“Terrible stay! We rented to condos, adverrtised as having game toom with pool table and ping pong, did not have that, when questioned they gave access to a condo across the neighborhood to play at, gave wrong code and then was rented part of our stay so out of 9 days we could use it 2. Air broke, was sent you tube videos to fix myslf, no maintenance ever showed. 2 wash cloths for entire condo and only 1 bathroom with toilet paper. Dirty, wet towels in washer upon arrival. Absolutely terrible……

“1 of 5 units. Renters in other units only stayed one or two nights and then left. We rented a unit for two months and had nowhere else to go so we cleaned for the first week trying to make it livable. The kitchen was poorly stocked with items from the dollar store. No kitchen towels, extra sheets, there were, however, plenty of cockroaches.”

“I originally booked this house because of the number of people able to stay, but looks can be deceiving. The listing boasted about sleeper chairs/sofas, but all we walked into was broken furniture stored in the master closet. One of the beds listed was an upper bunk that was rickety and unstable; no fully grown adult was going to risk their life or pride sleeping on it, thus a full-sized, two-person area went to a child who was able to sleep on it without fear of it collapsing. Having no sleeper……

“The property was in perfect condition and had everything you would need for your stay. If was very clean and the location was central to the beach and just a quick Uber ride to downtown NSB. Looking forward to staying here again!”
