“Overall the experience of the hotel was good. However in the shower- the temperature of the water does not go any higher. I know the breakfast was free. It was very basic. The hotel would have got 5 stars if there was more of an options of food. There is not many options of buses available to get to the hotel which was quite tricky. If you enjoy a walk to the city centre then it’s ideal for you or take a cab to the city centre. It takes 25mins to get there depending how fast you walk or wait 2……

“I booked as a twin room but staff changed to large double bed on my request. Very helpful. Staff on check in were very friendly and helpful. Room (243) was perfect. Food was great. Very pleased with it and would be happy to stay again. ”

“We were greeted nicely on arrival. Accommodation close enough from City Centre to walk. You have to be lucky to find a parking spot near by, quite a busy road. Parked at the park, which was luckily free from Saturday to Sunday. Would not call it "luxury" room ourselves but all was fine for what we needed.”

“Loved the proximity to the restaurants of Cardiff Bay. Checkout 11am which was great, could even leave the car in the free carpark until 2pm.”
