「WE NEVER GOT TO CHECK I EVEN AFTER WE PAID FOR TWO DAYS STAY!! Book at your own risk.... This appears to be a scam. We got to the property indicated which was wrong. The owners totally ignored our calls and they didn't communicate with us prior to arriving. We direcy called, wrote messages with no responses. We never got the property access code. The property had two different names and postcode, although it was leading us to the same premises.THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE COMPLETELY REMOVED.**DO NOT...

「We actually didn’t end up staying in the apartment. It was too far from London. The description said close to central London and that’s not true. The description also never said we’d share a building / entrance with another apartment. It was a very odd setup. The photos also were much better than how the apartment looked inside.」

「Great communication from a kind host and easy check in process! The studio is definitely cozy in size but still comfortable, and has a good amount of amenities for a short stay. I would recommend this listing for those who are visiting London and are looking for a small place to rest after being out and about most of the day, want to be near public transit without being right next to rapid transit (this location has a bus stop and is a short walk to a tube and train station), and want to be near...

「We just departed from one of our favourite flats in the UK! Loved the Notting Hill neighborhood, the cleanliness of the flat, the wonderful quality bath and bed linens, the ample storage for clothes etc, and the relaxing patio. And we really appreciated the superb communication about the flat and the neighborhood, both before, during and after our holiday. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!! William」

「As frequent vrbo customers, our experiences generally meet or exceed expectations. Not so here. Our positive rating reflects the convenient location, but the apartment itself was disappointing. This is a converted attic, not a penthouse. The description promises a lift, but it doesn't make clear that after you open the apartment door you are confronted with a steep staircase up to the apartment--not easy for seniors with luggage. The flat itself is bare bones, utilitarian. 1 wineglass, no...

「Great location with shops, restaurants, pubs, and cafes. Also great access to the metro.」

「Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the property was not as advertised. For the premium price paid, the experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment had a strong, unpleasant odor from the moment we entered, which posed a health risk for my mother who has asthma. Despite reporting this to VRBO, the concern was dismissed. The listing stated the apartment could accommodate up to five people, yet it only had one double bed and one twin bed. The only other option was a couch with...
