「My husband and I decided on a last-minute vacation to de-stress and unwind. Our only criteria was a hot tub with a water view and “Serenity on the Rappahannock” fit the bill perfectly! 「The house was easy to find (since my husband spent his summers there as a kid) and we found everything clean and well-equipped. Appreciated the stash of spices, condiments and kitchen equipment since we did some cooking. Loved biking the island! Water was rough from a storm so no kayaking but the shed was full of water toys for nice days. We all enjoyed our stay very much!」

「We really enjoyed being right on the water for kayaking. The house was plenty spacious for five of us, and the kitchen well stocked with essentials. We enjoyed the fire pit. Even though we were there in shoulder season, we enjoyed walking to Fawn’s coffee shop, lunch at Newsome’s and dinner at Horn Harbor when we didn’t eat at the house. 「This house was perfect! Exactly as described! Great communication, easy check-in, and super clean. We had everything we needed and then some! The sand on the private beach was soft and the water was great for swimming. We went crabbing off the back dock and watched the waves from the front fire pit. 「This was a great cottage for our get away on the NNK. Walking distance to The Tides Inn and very close to other restaurants we wanted to explore. That said, normally we do more cooking when at a VRBO and this kitchen was beautifully furnished with anything and everything you could possibly need. 「We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect- beautiful and peaceful right on the water. Dock was a great place to hang out at same with the cut-out beach areas.
