It is a nice hotel, safe, convenient... there is a restaurant, a pool and parking. Rooms are fine, beds are comfy the only thing was the toilet, and there was no tv. No elevators, just stairs to the rooms. I will stay here again anyway becayse of how comfy I was.

Adequate but noisy

The hotel is close to the Edward James gardens but not to anything else. The restaurant is fairly limited in its offerings. There were several families there at the time and the noise carried into our room.

Great location and the restaurant is very nice. The room is clean and spacious. The heater is a big plus as we were there during the cold day. Unfortunately, the hot water doesn’t work and the toilet is clogged. The manager checked the hot water but it still didn’t work. We were not able to take showers.

La vista a las montañas desde la habitacion es la que hace que valga mucho la pena, la limpieza está bien a secas, lo malo es el servicio prácticamente no hay atención al cliente, cualquier cosa que se requiera se batalla, y te cobran hasta un vaso con hielo

La habitación estuvo muy bonita, el hotel está rodeado de naturaleza así que hubo un pájaro que estuvo picando la puerta de cristal desde las 6 de la mañana. Por otro lado está cerca de el castillo de Edwar Edwar James.
