「C completely misrepresented did not stay there far from a luxury apartment advised to check into a different location no code or communication prior to check in time at 4 PM. Received emails and poor communication after 6:30 PM apartment smelled very musty and like a dead body was inside, extremely unprofessional and horrible experience. 」

「This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. 「The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive.The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key.
