Great hotel

The hotel was clean and most things seemed to have been updated pretty recently. Our room was very nice and conveniently located. We had no issues with parking or checking in/out. The pool area was the highlight of the stay, but the pool bar seemed to only be opened sporadically with no set schedule. My only two complaints are that at one point there was a couple who were arguing and making a huge scene, cursing, and screaming/crying… front desk staff said there was nothing they could do about it because they are “residents” and not guests of the hotel. They also state that they are a “pet-free” hotel. I have horrible dog allergies and specifically looked for a place that didn’t allow pets, only to find that they did allow “residents” to have pets, so my allergies took a turn for the worse even with meds. Overall, it was a good place to stay. Much nicer than a lot of other non-Disney/Universal properties in the area.

Seriously great staff, nice clean room and bathroom. The only "complaint" if you could call it that was not a great AC in the room. Other than that Would book again !!!

Breakfast was lovely. The atmospher and ambiance were divine.

Very nice and the location is very convenient

First impressions were great. The suite was huge! The Tavern was awesome, and management resolved concerns promptly. Its a bonus to have access to a fridge and microwave. The coffee makers were nice for making mini coffees. The only suggestion I'd have is to adjust the doors to not slam so loudly! I'd stay here again!
