The hotel was in great condition, clean and new, the bathroom was great and beds comfortable. My mom loved the shower head. Breakfast was good with hot options. We would definitely stay here again! "The hotel was a convenient place to stay for a quick trip to Toronto. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely needs to improve its television cable package. The Canucks and Oilers were playing a playoff game and none of the few channels offered had it. I had to stream it on my laptop."

"It was all as expected with the exception of having one shower for the entire floor. I wish I knew this in advance. I knew it was communal shower but not that it was actually only one. It is a bit noisy but not from the jazz music (which btw was really good) but from traffic and loud guests. Sonic insulation of windows and doors is not great. The mattress could do with a replacement. But everything else was great: very clean, close to downtown, practical amenities in the room, nice concierge...

"I would highly recommend that non-slip surfaces be put on the tubs. Even a bath mat would be better than nothing. A few dollars towards safety could save a lot in injury claims…millions. "

"Stay was fine, the breakfast was good, shuttle was efficient. Room was not bad for a lay over but carpet smelled. Besides that good for the price. "

"Was clean, free covered parking, and having use of the games room was lots of fun. Only complaint was it was pretty hot overnight and the wall unit didn’t seem to help cool it down. Also, having use of the kitchenette was great, but don’t forget you need to bring everything for it. Dish soap was the one that slipped my mind! Overall very positive and much more affordable than most hotels. Some food options right on sight is another bonus "
