「I am very concerned about my recent stay from March 22–26, 2026. At around 3:00 AM, March 26, 2026 someone unexpectedly opened our room door while we were asleep and even turned on the lights. This was extremely alarming and made us feel unsafe.
I immediately went to report the incident, but the only response I received was a simple apology and that a note would be made. There was no sense of urgency or reassurance that this serious issue would be properly addressed.

「When I arrived, there was a group of young adults outside with very little clothing and smoking what smelled like marijuana unfortunately I had already paid for the hotel so I couldn’t leave. Got to my room no toilet paper in the room realize when I went to go to bed. The floor was dirty. Went to take a shower in the morning and the bath mat was dirty. The group of people that were out front of the hotel were there till about 10:30 in the morning, making all kinds of noise right at the front...

「Room was very clean and spacious. LOVED the water pressure in the shower. Perfect after a long day of travel. Beds were extremely comfortable with super fluffy pillows.
Up the road just far enough to not get traffic noise but still super close.
Very friendly and accommodating staff even for our 2am arrival. Reviews I read did not disappoint. When I asked about their breakfast I was told they’d have eggs, potato wedges, and a protein. Unfortunately, due to our 3am sleeptime after arrival we did...
