"A great place to stay for a few days. The check in and check out were super quick and the front desk staff were so friendly. The room itself was clean, and was spacious enough for us. There is a main train station which is about a 5 minute walk from hotel and then less than 10 minutes to Centraal. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!"

"It was wonderful to get off the train and walk 5 minutes to the hotel. It would be nice if they had ice available for their guests, but hotels in Europe just don't seem to. I guess they like drinking lukewarm water there. All in all though, the stay was very good."

"Such a nice place to stay for a week in the Netherlands. It is quite easy to get into town. Anja Metro ferry across the river. "

"The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, close to tram station. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The only downside was our shower did not drain properly and it smelled awful. We did notify the front desk several times, unfortunately it was never resolved, however, they were nice to remove our beverage tab at the end of our stay for the inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This Ibis Hotel room is basic, but it is the hotel to stay in if you want to be close to Amsterdam’s Central Station. No other hotel is closer. You pay for that convenience. Breakfast is always varied with a very good selection of foods and drinks.."

"Friendly helpful staff. Canal view room though small (double economy) with not much floor space so anyone with a large suitcase will have problems. Has nice views and was surprisingly very quiet for sleeping except when people walk past the door talking at 4.45am in the corridor. Kettle in room and tv are good. If you need a fridge they have one in reception to leave things. Comfortable bed, good shower. Recommended and better than 3 stars."
