"It was an okay stay because they switched our room from a room that had a door in the middle between 2 different rooms that wouldn’t lock and had a key hole where someone can look through and move the knob while your sleeping and switched us to a 3 bed room that felt much safer!! Cleanliness was okay, but the one thing that stood out was the goodies they have in the bathrooms!!"

"The staff was very helpful. Quirky Chicago Cubs decor was fun. As a hotel in a city neighborhood, the somewhat unusual procedures for driving up and dropping off, how and where to park,etc were explained well by the front desk. And that desk was manned by a real human all the time. A co-operative arrangement with the public parking garage (almost next door) was very affordable. Fun home base, near Wrigley Field and public transport."

"Property was a little dated, but the service was good. Breakfast average but OK. Parking was an issue, we paid for 9 nights and there was very little parking available several nights. It becomes an issue when you are handicapped, like I am. Room was handicapped accessible but tight in some circumstances. It was quiet despite being proximate to major highway and trains. Would stay again. "

"This was a fabulous hotel! The bar area was hopping on Friday night with the awesome DJ playing his horn with the music! Played pool, drank some great drinks by Alfredo at the bar! The room was so bad ass with the ceiling being so hip! I enjoyed the pool and hit top with the amazing views! Ran a little on the treadmill because it was so beautiful to stare out the window. Walked to our entertainment and The Cheesecake Factory without any problems! Felt safe and parked right down the alley the valet guys watching me every time going for a smoke in my car. When I say this is the place, book it now and enjoy yourself like I did! We'll be back! "
