“My family had a wonderful experience at this hotel from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The staff was sincere and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The valet parking was very professional. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! We will most certainly stay again.”

“The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We chose this hotel for the pool as we were traveling with our kids and when we got there the pool was closed - despite being advertised as open on their website. I understand things happen but we requested to cancel 1 of our 2 night stay and get a refund. The staff said they couldn’t help until the manager was in on Monday and to contact then. When contacted on Monday, they said they couldn’t refund because we stayed our entire booking, even though……
