"It was pretty basic. Ceiling tiles had so rain damage that needed replacing but the room was very clean. The bed was actually the best for my back. Been traveling for a few days now and this bed has been the best."

"A wonderful hotel, everything was perfect! We loved the balcony area attached to our hotel room, and thought it was very unique considering how you don't typically see that a lot in this area. The pool room was wonderful; great temperature and very spacious. They have a gorgeous courtyard in the middle of the hotel with a fireplace too! Staff was very accommodating and always willing to help; a young man even helped assist us with extra pillows and access to the pool room. The only sort of off putting thing was on the morning of check out, housekeeping started knocking at like 10:45AM, 11:15AM, and then again around 11:45AM (three times) when check out time is Noon, so we sort of felt slightly rushed towards the end and we just hope that it was an isolated incident! Overall, wonderful experience and I looking forward to booking again!"
