"Value wise, you get what you pay for. Carpets were stained as were curtains. Showers had no pressure and took a long time for hot water to arrive. Room was comfortable and had all you need. But for foodies location makes up for all this"

"These apartments offer great value in a great location. Its pretty central, with tram stops, cafes and a supermarket close by. There was a couple of smallish strange things, like no bed for our 6 year old, as well as only 2 towels and 2 plates for 3 people. When we asked for an extra towel, they took away the 2 towels and gave us 2 new ones. So we still didn’t have 3. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would atay again. "

"Nice place to stay! Very clean and tidy! Love that it had a kettle. microwave and plates. But very noisy from traffic, car park and has no lighting very scary to be staying on the back building. "

"You could hear everything in the hall and street noise through windows also when room next door had shower. But im from the country so not used to the city noise."

"A great property, easy to access and very comfortable. A little noisy because of the location opposite the main rail, although I expect all hotels in Flinders Street would suffer from this. I’ll stay here again. "

"Not much English in the neighbourhood but I was there on long weekend evening and everything was shut. The property though was very safe and sound."

"I had a most enjoyable stay, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. My only small negative is that the shower doorway was not very wide and as a bigger lady I had to squeeze in sideways which wasn’t very pleasant but once in the shower there was plenty of room to move. This would definitely not stop me from staying here again though, because this small negative does not outweigh the positives of my stay. "
