"This is the perfect Newport location. An easy walk up the hill to Belleview and the Art Museum. Just a few minutes down the hill to Bowen's or Bannister's Wharf and Thames Street. A ten minute stroll to Broadway. Our deluxe room was a very nice suite, however, no drawers in the bedroom and the refrigerator was on the floor in bedroom closet. Both problems easily remedied with a bit of thought. The staff member at the desk when we checked in was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, other staffers...

"A beautiful property well kept in a great location. Only con we found was the issue with the doors. All door locks including bathroom and bedroom don’t work. Also the main door to the building had issues. "

"Nice, clean room in a good location. My only issue was the bed was reallyyyyy hard. I woke up with a really sore back from how hard it was. My insides still feel bruised but I suppose some people like sleeping on a rock, I prefer sleeping on a cloud. Other than that, it was great. Good breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. "

"No coffee available in lobby area during evening hours. Plenty of cups, creamer and straws in designated lobby coffee area. TV size small in room. Needed glasses on to watch TV from bed. Larger screen please. "

"Location was just off the freeway, within 20 minutes of Mohegan for our volleyball tournament. We didn’t use any amenities due to our schedule but the room was good size, clean, and quiet. "
