"It would have been nice for the indoor pool to have been heated, as we chose this hotel for the pool. Other than that, it was a great stay. We would definitely stay here again. "

"This was our 2nd stay here in the past 3 weeks and 3rd time overall. The rooms, lobby and grounds are always clean and comfortable. Lawrence and the rest of the staff are great! If I could change 1 thing I would like to see the "smoking area" moved to the other side of the entrance doors away from the outdoor patio area. Don't like eating breakfast outside with cigarette smoke."

"It was a very nice hotel only down side was the parking situation not big enough parking lot and also I didn’t like how you had to pay $24 to park for 15 minutes "

"Only one bank of elevators to take us to our room on the second floor which was a pretty far walk with all of our stuff (no carts to use). Also disappointed there was no working ice machine to be found ( all 3 I located were inoperable). Room was clean and the bed was comfortable but right next to I76 made for a bit of a noisy sleep). Felt a bit overpriced for $230 a night (including tax). "

"If you are looking for a hotel while you have a dr apt at CHOP (King if Prussia) this one is it... CHOP is right across the street. The staff at this hotel is def a 10 out 10. I travel from Bermuda and stay here all the time and customer services has ALWAYS been very professional. Need a ride to Walmart, the mall or even some where to eat the shuttle drops you off and picks you up. The guys that drive the shuttle are so professional.
