The staff were friendly and professional, room was spotlessly clean, the view from my riverside window was fabulous and the service overall was very good. I would recommend staying at this hotel."

"The hotel itself is lovely. Rooms are really nice - big bed, very modern decor. All great. The only thing is we chose this place for the fact that it lists it has parking but there definitely isn’t and parking nearby is £25/24 hours, which the hotel doesn’t comp. "

"Arrived & checked in, we were lucky that our room was ready. Room lovely & big, large picture windows & big comfy beds (although rather low). All facilities were provided - hanging space and coat hangers, kettle, smeg fridge, refreshments, hairdryer, iron & board and a safe. Bit disappointed that there was no complimentary water! Bathroom was lovely, had a huge walk in shower. Staff were lovely and helpful & breakfast was tasty with lots of choice. There was also an outside area with tables and...
