“We returned to this hotel after it had be renovated. We were there during the reno before. The front desk staff were super friendly and were very welcoming. I had to ask one of the cleaning staff for an extra towel and she was very kind and helpful. This hotel is at the end of the shopping area right across the street from the Sam’s! The pool looked very nice even though we didn’t use it. The breakfast was great. Lots of selection and the area was very clean. We would definitely book……

“There’s inconsistency related to cleaning my room. One day the bed is made and other days it is not. There’s one day, my room was not clean at all. The fitness room is too busy. Did not have opportunity to workout because it was too busy. There’s coffee maker in my room. Would appreciate it if there’s bottle water for them. Securities everywhere which is good. ”

“Love staying here, just be prepared that the heat will probably require a space heater that the property will provide. ”

“There’s a reason why this place is rated so high. The staff is so accommodating and joyful and customer focused. And the hotel is in great shape. I would recommend 100%.”
