"Las muchachas de recepción, terrible servicio, te dejan esperando sin decir ninguna palabra, pareciera que fueras a pedir asilo, y no estuvieras pagando por un servicio. El cuarto sin toallas, jabones. Fue solo una noche que nos quedamos. Limpieza de cuarto y comodidad bien. Pero no volveria a quedarme por este motivo. Incomodo estar esperando hacer atendida y de mal caracter las muchachas"

"The hotel was phenomenal family of 5 stayed comfortably in a suite with 2 pets. Stay was super friendly breakfast was good. Pool was a little small but the beach is 20 minutes away so who really cares. Quiet and clean will definitely stay again. "

"The resort was great but the day we checked in our VISA card was hacked. VISA canceled our card immediately and the first fraudulent charge was in Orange Beach. Just wanted to let you know."

"Great location, and excellent room too! Check-in was easy and communication from the front office was awesome. This was our first trip to Gulf Shores, but won’t be the last. Really enjoyed the views, and local dining options. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee out on the balcony, while overlooking the beach and ocean. The weather wasn’t as calm, but it was a ver relaxing stay! Staff was very welcoming, and available when needed. Definitely made the stay more...

"The stay was great but they didnt have a washer and dryer in the unit as in the others we have stayed at, but they did have a laundry room where it was $1.50 to wash/dry. Also, we had a good sized float for our daughter that we sat outside the door for a little while and it came up missing. When asked about it in the office they said they did not have cameras outside for surveillance which was odd to think there is no security for the stairwells or the walkways for the unit entrys. "Misscommunication on parking where I asked on check in do we need a parking pass was told no and got a friendly warning next day I may be towed. You need a parking pass. Told them that would not be on me and a bit more if that happened. Dish TV kinda works Staff is friendly. Location excellent "

"Property was nice but not what I expected. They have many pics of different units on one posting and once booked its not sure what unit you will get. Overall its nice but not very close to attractions, with limited eating options. However, we enjoyed ourselves, and staff was nice"
