"Great Staff Great Stay"

"This is a well managed property however the highway next to the property is under construction and the equipment and back up alarms start very early in the morning so if your room faces the highway it is very noisy. Don't plan on sleeping past 6:30 or 7:00 am!"

"Very easy to check in and out. We had a fun time! Felt very safe, front door is locked after 10PM and you have to have your key to get in."

"Clean, near downtown and helpful staff. Had a room on the street side and it was a bit noisy late at night (10pm-midnight). Will stay again. "

"Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was not impressive, shower has very low water pressure and the shower base is extremely slippery. The vanity faucet handles were tough to turn on and off. 35 dollars for parking is outrageous but I guess that's the going rate. The staff were friendly. Nice lobby area with tv's and lots of sitting options. Very nice workout room. "

"Incredibly clean and updated bathroom. I recently stayed in a five star hotel in Chicago where the bathroom wasn’t even half as clean as this Fairfield. The check-in was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole stay. Only downside was the parking garage that had no spaces even on the lowest level. "

"Hotel property was clean, fitness center was fantastic. Room was large and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Some things could be improved include breakfast experience could be better. Hot beverages were frequently exhausted. Milk was expired so cereal was not possible. "

"The property is unique having been crafted within a train station. Some of the rooms are contained in an actual train. So different!"

"Only problem elevator was not working this morning and I had to drag suitcase down the stairs . As a 70 yr old 103lb woman with arthritis and osteoporosis it was not easy . Positives : room was clean, bed and bedding very comfortable ."

"Enjoyed our 1 night stay before catching an early morning flight. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the convenience of the airport shuttle and allowing us to park our car for the week until we returned, again taking the shuttle back from airport to hotel. Parking was cheaper than airport and will probably use that service again."

"Loved the view and villa we had. Only suggestion we have is to replace the screens on the sliding doors to the balcony otherwise perfect."
