"Staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Toasters in the room would have been handy. Parking across the street was much cheaper than the advertised price of the hotel Carpark which is the same distance from the hotel."

" We stayed one night in the hotel. Basic, budget hotel, the pillows were terrible. On the good side, we were right in the heart of the CBD and we felt safe and snug in our room after exploring the bars of Melbourne."

"Know the area well and considering the closeness to the city and shuttle bus it was a no brainer. Had a shoe bix room which was exactly what it was but everything was clean and new. Perfect fir a one nighter"

"New to Melbourne? This is pretty much the centre to the key areas of the city of where you need to go. April 2024 there is construction happening which starts at 6am-3pm, so midday nap kinda not happening but overall you won’t regret staying here on a budget"

"The hotel is clean and tidy. The rooms are nothing fancy but neat and clean. I appreciate how there was coffee, tea, creamer and sugar available. Also, the airport shuttle is convenient. You just call the hotel once you have all of your bags and the shuttle will come pick you up. I will be happy to stay there again."

"Quest apartments were very clean. Reception staff were excellent especially Melissa. Parking was easy to access. Quest is close to public transport and restaurants."
