The owners were great to work with and quickly answered any questions we had. If we come to Prescott again, this will be the first place we look for a place to stay. We would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a clean, peaceful, realxing home away from home."

"Excellent example of a true ranch, not something put together for tourists. Lots of historical background. Our European visitors had requested that our sightseeing trip include a real western U.S. ranch. This was perfect and they loved it!"

"Very nice location and room was very clean. The bathroom faucet needed a new gasket because it was leaking at a pretty good rate. Excellent service by staff on calling us about a pair of sunglasses accidentally left behind. We returned and recovered the lost item. "

"Quaint and clean. Staff was super nice. We stayed on a Monday so the wine bar wasn’t open. Not too far from downtown but only walkable if you have a really good pair of shoes. Overall, a very nice place to stay. "

"Prompt response to problems, ie peep hole on room door was installed backwards, but corrected immediately. Gift store hardly ever opened; no dining service available."

"It was beautiful there, we were upgraded to the Birds Nest room and it was nice with a great little balcony over looking the creek. negative things were the frig was not working ( freezer worked just not the frig part) and there was no hot water in little kitchen and bathroom sink. ( *we never let the staff know, we were just there a couple of days, I’m sure they would have addressed the issues right away had we told them) Bed was a little broke down, you tended to fall into the middle, all in...

"The furnace in the house is loud when it kicks on throughout the night. You can hear the traffic outside. The smell in the house has a stale, musty, old house smell. Location was good though as it is walkable to downtown."
