“Todo perfecto”

“Clean and good outdoor atmosphere”

“Extremely disappointing customer service and an alarming billing experience. During our stay at Marriott’s Barony Beach Club, staff attempted to run my card more than 50 times within roughly two hours while calling my phone back to back. Despite all those attempts and calls, they could not clearly explain why they needed additional money from me or what it was supposed to cover. If there is a legitimate balance due, explain the amount and the reason. Guests should be able to ask basic billing……

“The room was spotless, clean and appeared to be recently upgraded. The access to the beach was great and the storage box full of beach toys for children that previous vacationers left for others to enjoy was a wonderful idea.”

“Not a place we would stay again. We stayed in a room that claimed it was a ocean view. That's a joke! The ocean was 3 blocks away and could only see it if we hung our heads over the balcony. We had to pay more for that view. I wouldn't suggest you stay there.”

“Very spacious. Clean and in a good location.”

“Loved the place.”

“They offered crafts, indoor games and activities for the rainy days which really helped keep my kids entertained when the pool and beach weren't an option. Definitely a family friendly place!”
