「Comfy beds, convenient little kitchen, and a gorgeous view 」

「Hi, I stayed in room _320 on April 17,18 2026__ on ___ and the conditions were unacceptable. The linens were dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned, and there was hair throughout the room. This does not meet basic cleanliness standards. I am requesting a full refund. Please respond as soon as possible.」

「In a great area and rooms/balcony were clean as advertised. WiFi worked great and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Staff were super friendly and helpful. My partner said breakfast was pretty good too. However, the pool isn’t really heated (a few fountains are but not the whole pool) and housekeeping left dirty linens that weren’t ours outside our door for a whole day. 「Front desk needs training with their customer service skills. Claimed they knew nothing and offered no assistance. Room very basic...nowhere near the cost of the room. 」

「Because the children were on spring break, we spent a delightful three day vacation here. It's very convenient as various restaurants and shops are within walking distance and there's a beautiful beach right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. Although the facilities in the room were a bit outdated, it was still clean and hygienic. The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils for us to cook our own meals. Right next to it is “ The hangout “ (101 E Beach Blvd )」
