"The desk staff was exceptionally kind and courteous! Our room was very clean! We had a late check out, would have preferred a little longer than the half hour given, but understand the staff shortage. I didn't appreciate the Housekeeping staff member literally waiting outside of our door with her arms crossed when we walked out though!"
