"The hotel was really nice. Loved the decor. Very historic to the area , love the western decor very much. The staff was very pleasant. Definitely a place to stay for future trips to St. Joseph. "

"Pretty decent property but that's about it. Not terrible but nothing great. Staff was friendly and breakfast staff was superb! Breakfast was pretty good being a hot bar area and quite a few options. Room seemed cleaned but building outdated structurally. We stayed on second floor and under the carpet in the hall were spots it seemed the sub floor was coming up or missing. Enough to give you a little trip here and there. Great location to airport and was some restaurants within 10 min drive. "

"Good for quick over night stay if you want a cheap room by the airport. But cheap gets you cheap. It served its purpose for me. But don’t expect much. Also no real dining near by unless you want fast food. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. I messed up and had to book an extra night. The first room we stayed in was a 2 double bed room. The only issue we had with the room was the toilet seat was very loose and I almost fell off the toilet when the seat shifted under me. The second room we stayed in, the drawer in the bathroom needed a magnet or something as the drawer would not stay closed. For a high end hotel, the facility was really nice, it just seemed like the little things that make a place...

"Friendly staff upon check-in. Room was comfortable and reasonably quiet. Housekeeping was a little inadequate, but nothing unexpected considering the lower standards the hospitality industry as a whole has adopted since the Covid hysteria led to staffing challenges. Before putting any eating or drinking utensil near your mouth, its a great idea to re-wash it, because the housekeepers here, seem to have bypassed that entirely.
