“Staff made a terrible mistake during check-In and charged a Hold for my room charges again despite the Front Desk Staff and Manager knowing and confirming that I had prepaid more than $1,100 for my Stay. Was there for my Son’s Graduation which adversely impacted my enjoyment of something I’ve waited a long time for. Staff, even today during Check Out, blamed my Bank for their charge error. Reached out to the General Manager and incredibly have not received any response.”
