"If you're expecting a 5 star hotel, you'll be disappointed. If you're looking for a clean, safe, reasonably comfortable place to stay for relatively low cost, you'll be pleased. I read other reviews that were pretty harsh, but we didn't have any problems. "The deco is very homewarming. There were not plastic bottled water, which is excellent. We had glass jars in the room for getting either regular water or sparkling. It was a bummer that the pool wasn't open until after we leave. Bathroom was clean and shower was good. The shampoo or conditioner made my hair very dry. Overall a very great 5 day here at Voco."
