“Elevator #1 seem unsteady, rooms were not cleaned daily towels not refreshed. Nice staff”

“Old and dirty. Lady at the front desk tried to pull a scam, where she claimed Expedia reservations made online only charge a minimal booking fee, and the resort must charge full price again for the room. Which isn’t true! She made a big issue of it, finally admitted she was wrong, and put me in a filthy room next to an exit door that opened and closed every two minutes. Place is very run down.”

“Great staff, and a clean newly renovated room! No complaints!”

“Good: updated facility that was relatively clean except for old carpet and materials being removed. It is a good location and in a quiet area. Bad: We specifically chose this facility because they offered breakfast. The breakfast area was not attended two both mornings we wanted to eat there. On the first morning we had to ask someone to check the food as some items were out such as cooked eggs. We then had to wait 20 minutes for them to be placed in the buffet. The second morning there……
