"L’insonorisation est vraiment défaillante, car beaucoup de bruits des gens dans les corridors et du système de chauffage dans la nuit. Les lits et oreillers sont peu confortable. Le service et la propreté sont toutefois très bien. "

"Room was clean and has comfortable beds. Bathroom also very clean. Room on the ground floor has easy access to the parked car, which is just in front of the patio and is assigned to each room."

"The place was nice, as usual. But it wasn’t a « Fairmont » experience as usual. Usually, Fairmont staff pay attention to all the little details to make our stay «  a special experience ». I asked 2 employees for two special requests, no big deal thing and they didn’t do anything for me. I was a little bit disappointed. "

"Pretty rooms newly renovated right on the St Lawrence. The restaurant however is overpriced for what tou get with few options. Charging for bread is rather stingy!"
